With an eye to future development, the Talent Building Plan is designed to provide training opportunities to middle& high-level managers, standby backbone employees, professional employees. The Plan is scientific, organic and comprehensive in so far it combined the qualifications, competence into a training system and can help to get the best from human resource.
Based on the existing sales, strategies and organizational and HR policies, we go through the qualification appraisal, competence model application, career development designing, training system designing, talent building mode planning and then, developed Talent Building Plan. The detailed Plan is different common training plan; the latter is nothing but one part of the Talent Building Plan. In order to improve the talent building, the Talent Building Plan will also include designers¡¯ work shift plan, authorization, challenging arrangement, tutorship system, tutor and feedback mechanism, online self-study, prime individual instruction.
